This release of tamarindairltd.com does not include Microsoft Advertising UET, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or another non-essential marketing tracker. The site's own JavaScript is limited to navigation behaviour, the copyright year and preparation of the email enquiry link.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small piece of data that a website or related service may store in a browser. Cookies can support essential functions, preferences, measurement or advertising. Whether consent is required depends on the cookie or technology and the law that applies to the visitor and processing activity.
If Microsoft Advertising tracking is added
Do not simply paste a UET tag into the production site without reviewing consent, disclosure and implementation requirements. Microsoft states that advertisers using UET must disclose the relevant Microsoft collection in their privacy policy and, where applicable, cookie policy. Microsoft also requires consent signals for relevant visitors and jurisdictions in connection with its Consent Mode implementation.
Before activation, update this policy with the exact technologies used, purposes, data recipients, retention information where applicable, and a method for visitors to express any legally required choice. Then verify the implementation with the tools and documentation current at that time.
Browser controls
Browsers provide controls for stored website data and tracking protections. Those controls are provided by the browser vendor and can change over time.
